At City First Bank we are focused on building the economic health of underserved communities in the greater regions of Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA. We are especially skilled in providing the acquisition, renovation, and permanent financing of affordable housing. 

We measure our success by the impact we have on our community and how the loans we originated help the communities we serve. Since the beginning of 2021, City First Bank has financed over 700 affordable housing units.
