Brenda Battey

Brenda J. Battey, Executive Vice President, has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 2013 and the Bank since April 2013. Ms. Battey is a CPA, who worked with KPMG for four years specializing in audits of financial institutions and has been employed by banks ranging in asset size from $120 million to $10 billion in various financial capacities in the Southern California area for over 30 years. She graduated from Scripps College with a B.A. degree in Economics/Accounting.
