THOMAS A. NIDA

With a banking career dating back over fifty years, Tom Nida currently serves as Executive Vice President/Market Executive for City First Bank, a CDFI located in Washington, DC. Tom is an experienced commercial lender with a personal focus on community development lending, to include taxable and tax-exempt financing, tax credit and tax increment financing, and financing under PACE programs. He is active in the community and has served on numerous civic and non-profit boards. Tom is a graduate of the School of Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin.
