Patricia Stewart is an accomplished banking executive with more than 20 years of experience leading operational excellence and risk management initiatives. At City First Bank, she oversees Banking Operations to drive efficiency, performance, and alignment with the bank’s mission. Previously, she held leadership roles at Carver Federal Savings Bank and Capital One Bank. Patricia earned the Women of the Year Award from Carver Federal Savings Bank and the Service Excellence Award for her role in the Capital One–Chevy Chase Bank merger. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an ITIL Foundation Certification.
