As of December 31, 2024, City First Bank reported $1.3 billion in total assets, $976 million in loans, and $818 million in deposits.  

In 2024, we deployed $185 million in new loans with 85% in mission lending  

Access to Affordable Housing 

• $82 million in loans for affordable housing 

• Created or preserved 942 units of affordable housing 

Access to Community Services 

• $49 million in loans to nonprofits 

• Supported an additional 1923 community members served through nonprofits 

Access to Finance for Small Businesses 

• $28 million in loans to small businesses  

• Retained or created 77 jobs  

Access to Green Financing 

• $10 million in green lending for the low-to-moderate income communities we serve
