Executive Vice President, Chief Deposit Officer

W. Justin Jennings

Justin Jennings is the Chief Deposit Officer focused on strengthening our deposit growth, treasury management, operations, and client experience.  Before joining City First Bank, Justin was the Executive Vice President, Operations Officer at Columbia Bank, New Jersey.  In this capacity, Justin led the Operations division, overseeing Card Services, Deposit Operations, Loan Servicing, and the Customer Service Center.  His experiences also include nearly two decades at JP Morgan Chase & Co., holding various leadership positions including: Executive Director, Head of Treasury Services for Community Development Banking, where he was focused on financial solutions that supported economic growth in underserved communities and Executive Director, Client Service Director for Commercial Real Estate.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.  He is a results-driven leader passionate about fostering a competitive and high-performing environment that enhances service delivery in banking.  Beyond operational excellence, he is deeply committed to driving meaningful social impact by leveraging financial services to create opportunities for underserved communities. His goal is to implement strategic initiatives that not only enhance client and employee experiences but also contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.  Justin is passionate about using his experience from the financial services industry to drive positive changes, build stronger communities, and leave a lasting impact that extends beyond the banking sector.

Originally from Princeton Junction, New Jersey, Justin has lived in Columbus, Ohio, and Chicago, Illinois.  He is married to Zoila (Mendez), and has two daughters, Adalisa June (born 2016) and Carolynn Argentina (born 2019).  Justin is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.  Additionally, he is an avid College football fan.  Furthermore, Justin participates in various nonprofits including as a Board member of the Charles J. Muth Museum at Hinchcliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ and Great Oaks Legacy Charter School in Newark, NJ.
