Keith brings a dynamic and results driven leadership style, backed by 30 years of experience in Commercial and Business Banking. He has a proven track record of driving strategic growth across markets with deep expertise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial and Industrial lending (C&I), and a strong focus on not for profit and government entities.

Drake served as Regional Commercial Banking Executive at Torrey Pines, where he oversaw operations across the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. His leadership encompassed talent acquisition, client experience, and operational efficiency, managing a cross-functional team including Relationship Managers, Credit and Underwriting professionals, and Branch Operations.

Prior to his tenure at Torrey Pines, Drake served as Regional Business Banking Executive at Bank of America, where he managed a team of relationship managers overseeing a credit portfolio exceeding $1 billion and deposits totaling $3 billion.

Keith has earned numerous accolades for his outstanding performance, including the Top Gun and President’s Club awards.

Beyond his professional achievements, Keith is a committed community leader. In 2017, he received the Lincoln Award for Ethical Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University, recognizing his dedication to ethical leadership and civic engagement.
