Vice President, Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Jackson Regan serves as Vice President and Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at City First Bank. In this role, he is responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic financial insights supporting the bank’s balance sheet strategy.
Mr. Regan works closely the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) to analyze financial performance, liquidity, and funding strategies. His responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, evaluating profitability and balance sheet trends, and providing analytical support to guide strategic initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining City First Bank, Mr. Regan held roles in financial analysis with Texas Capital Bank, where he focused on financial management reporting and strategic financial planning for the SBA, Business Banking, and Middle Market segments.
Mr. Regan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
